Frequently asked questions
Which sealer fits my container?
Every sealer works with a mould for one container size. Open the sealer you need: its containers are grouped by mould. If your container is not listed, send us its size and we will advise.
What is the difference between the large, compact and manual sealers?
The large one is industrial: stainless steel, automatic film feed, for workshops and high volumes. The compact one is a tabletop automatic sealer for cafés and delivery. The manual one is simple — the container is pushed in by hand; for small volumes.
What does “gas flush” mean?
In the gas-flush version the container is filled with a protective gas before sealing, so food stays fresh longer. Ask the manager whether your product needs it.
Can I order the containers together with the sealer?
Yes. All containers on the list are made at our plant in Tashkent; the minimum order is 3 000 pcs. Add them to your request or mention them when you ask about the sealer.
Which cans does the can seamer close?
PET cans of 250, 330 and 500 ml with an aluminium easy-open (ring-pull) lid. The machine is set up for the can size, so list the sizes you need in your request.
How does the semi-automatic seamer differ from the automatic one?
In the semi-automatic seamer you raise the can to the seaming head with a lever and the seaming runs automatically. In the automatic one you put the can into the holder and press Start on the touch screen — it lifts and seams by itself, which suits a steady flow.
Need help choosing?
Send us the container size, a photo or the can size — we will pick the machine and quote it together with the packaging.
